Sony has published the lists of most-downloaded PlayStation Store games for February 2023, and it's little surprise to see that Hogwarts Legacy was the top game on PlayStation 5.
The game sold 12 million copies in its first two weeks and drove $850 million in revenue, making it one of the biggest game launches in recent times. Other top-performing PS5 titles for February included NBA 2K23, GTA V, Madden NFL 23, FIFA 23, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II.
On PS4, The Last of Us Part II was the most-downloaded game of February 2023, and its surge up the charts may be explained by the popularity of the HBO series.
Moving to PlayStation VR, Kayak VR: Mirage was the most-downloaded game in February, which was the month that PlayStation VR 2 was released. And finally, Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 and Fortnite were the two most-downloaded free-to-play games in February across PS5 and PS4.
