Here Are the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition Fixes Coming From Player Feedback-February 2024

  The beta test of Gears of War: Ultimate Edition took place over the week of E3, and developer The Coalition has just released a list of all the changes and fixes coming to the game as a result of the beta.

  According to a post on its blog, the studio received a lot of player feedback on how to improve the game. This has resulted in several balance changes and even performance upgrades. Tweaks include improving the look of blood and gore, tuning footstep audio, and re-balancing the shotgun.

It's in development primarily at Splash Damage with assistance from The Coalition, the studio responsible for Gears of War 4. The remaster includes all 19 original multiplayer maps, split-screen and LAN support, and all original game modes plus Team Deathmatch and King of the Hill. During the beta test, over one million matches were played. It launches on August 25 for Xbox One and on an unspecified later date for the PC.
