The beta test of Gears of War: Ultimate Edition took place over the week of E3, and developer The Coalition has just released a list of all the changes and fixes coming to the game as a result of the beta.
According to a post on its blog, the studio received a lot of player feedback on how to improve the game. This has resulted in several balance changes and even performance upgrades. Tweaks include improving the look of blood and gore, tuning footstep audio, and re-balancing the shotgun.

During the beta test, over one million matches were played. It launches on August 25 for Xbox One and on an unspecified later date for the PC.
