Industry research company GFK has published its game sales data for the first half year of 2017, and it appears that gamers across the globe love GTA V and FIFA 2017. The data includes game sales for Brasil, Russia, Brasil and most European countries.

　　Although several years old, Rockstar’s GTA V rules supreme in Europe, and the multi-platform title keeps selling incredibly well. Released in 2013 for PS3 and Xbox 360, Rockstar Games released the action title in November 2014 for both PS4 and Xbox One. A PC version was released back in April of 2015. The game was the best-selling title Austria, Germany, Denmark and UK for the first six months of 2017, and took the second spot in Poland, Russia, Spain, and Brasil.

　　Released last year, FIFA 2017 claimed the first spot in Brasil, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Russia, and Spain, while also selling great in the Benelux.

　　Horizon Zero Dawn from Dutch developer Guerrilla Games also appears to be selling incredibly well, and although it was only released on Sony’s PS4, the game claimed the second of third spot in most countries.

　　Nintendo remains important to the console industry, and the recently released The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild took the first spot in France, Norway, and Sweden. Breath of the Wild was released back in March of this year on both the Wii U and Nintendo’s new hybrid platform, the Nintendo Switch.
