The Gran Turismo 5 Spec 2.0 update hit last week delivering a host of new features, with a new downloadable content pack to follow. That DLC had been expected to hit the PlayStation 3-exclusive racer today, but the add-on has now been pushed to next week in North America.
Gran Turismo 5 DLC will stay in the garage an extra week. Sony announced the delay last night via a post on the official PlayStation Twitter account. The apologetic message promised that a "special bonus" will be included with the pushed-back DLC.
Four separate content packs are slated for release on October 25: Course Pack ($4.99), Car Pack ($7.99), Racing Gear Pack ($1.99), and Paint Pack ($1.99). The four DLC packs will also be available as a bundle for a discounted price of $11.99.
