God of War Ragnarök introduced plenty of new characters, and among them was the Norse god of war Tyr. While many of these characters won't make a return in the series in the future, it seems like we haven't seen the last of the Norse god of war.
As reported by Shark Games, Tyr's voice actor Ben Prendergast, who was one of the guests at a God of War panel at PAX East last weekend, revealed that God of War Ragnarök may not be the last we will see of the character.
Obviously, how Tyr will come back after God of War Ragnarök hasn't been specified. The character may be part of some expansion for the latest entry in the series, a spin-off game, or a future entry in the series. With a God of War TV show currently in the works at Amazon, Ben Prendergast may just have stated the obvious, as Tyr is very likely to appear in the show as well.
God of War Ragnarök was released last year on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4, following the previous game's release on PC earlier in the year. The latest entry in the series didn't change the gameplay formula introduced by its predecessor in any significant way, but it's an incredibly solid game that no fan of the series should skip. God of War Ragnarök is now available on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 worldwide. We will keep you updated on any new development for the series as soon as possible, so stay tuned for all the latest news.
