Here come the Ghosts. Lead Game Designer Dominic Butler walks us through the latest solo gameplay video for Ubisoft's open-world tactical shooter, Ghost Recon Wildlands.

　　The video picks up at the tail end of a Ghost mission as they storm a church in hopes of stealing a bible belonging to Cartel boss, El Sueno. The Ghosts hope that by stealing the bible, it would tick off the brutal leader enough for him to make a mistake.

　　We got to see a bit of how the combat works solo with three A.I. squad mates. Players can pull up a menu to issue orders to the rest of the Ghosts. In the same screen, we saw that you can call for a vehicle drop, diversions, and air strikes. We even got to see how you can synchronize your team into shooting multiple designated targets at one time.

　　Ghost Recon has players explore 21 provinces filled with missions and activities that help in taking down the Cartel's criminal organization. There seems to be a variety of the types of missions you take part in. First, we saw the stealing of the bible to 'escorting' a VIP to safety.

　　Ghosts can interrogate cartel soldiers for useful intel, like the location of weapon caches in a particular province. The skill point system allows players to buy useful equipment like the explosive drone that surveys the battlefield and doubles as an improvised missile. And of course, you can't end a Wildlands video without the mandatory car chase.

　　Ghost Recon Wildlands will release worldwide March 7 on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. You can register for the Beta for Wildlands right here and have a chance to be the first to play.
