Game On looks to the future of games-February 2024
Feb 25, 2025 4:35 PM

A demonstration of what the future of video games could look like will take place later this month at the Science Museum in South Kensington. On display will be an "active chair"--created by robotics expert Dr. Brian Duffy--which moves up, down, left, and right while playing a game; the "PufferSphere," a two-and-a-half-meter spherical television; and a display of sound-activated animation. The special event, called Future Playground, is part of video game exhibition Game On, which is running until February 25. The demonstrations will take place twice daily on December 18, 19, and 20. Tickets for the exhibition cost £8.50 for adults and £6.50 for children.
