The Forge is definitely one of the more interesting features of recent entries of the Halo series, allowing players to go wild with their creativity and expand the Halo gameplay experience considerably. The Forge has been vastly expanded in the latest entry of the series, Halo 5 Guardians, and soon PC players will also be able to experience it with brand new features.

　　On the Official Xbox website, 343 Industries and Microsoft have confirmed that the Halo 5 Forge will be coming later this year to Windows 10 as Forge - Halo 5: Guardians Edition. The new version of the Forge, which will be available for free for all users, will include some brand new features that will make the experience smoother and more enjoyable on PC such as keyboard and mouse support, increased resolution and more.

　　In the past few months, Halo 5 players have literally created everything by using the Forge's features, such as brand new maps, maps inspired by other franchises such as a Metroid Prime inspired map, and recreations of stages from other games such as the Super Mario 64 Princess Peach Castle recreation shared a few months back. With the Forge getting available to more players, it will be interesting to see how these new players will be taking advantage of its features.
