Microsoft has today announced that Flight Simulator 2004: A Century of Flight, which is scheduled for release at the end of this month, will be featured quite prominently in an upcoming documentary on the Discovery Wings Channel. The 60-minute documentary, titled Flight Simulator, will air on the evening of July 16 and aims to demonstrate how flight simulation is used today in military, commercial, and civil aviation training and personal-computing environments. Parts of the documentary were shot on location at Microsoft's Aces Studio in Redmond, Washington.
