Acclaim is supporting the Nintendo GameCube with a variety of games at launch, one of which is All-Star Baseball 2002. The company has released the first screenshots from the game, showing off a variety of ballparks. Safeco field in Seattle and Cinergy Park in Cincinnati are among the parks shown. The primary modes of play include season, exhibition, home run derby, batting practice, all-star game, and tournament. The game will also include a create-a-player option, where players can create up to 25 players and sign them to a team of their choosing. GameSpot will have more on the GameCube version of All-Star Baseball 2002 in the coming weeks.
