Firaxis Games announced the addition of three artists to the company today as it continues to expand. Last week the developer, well known as the strategy mastermind behind Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri, added three programmers to its staff. The three new artists are Marc Hudgins, Dorian Newcomb, and Kevin Margo.
Marc Hudgins comes from Sierra On-Line, where he worked as an animator, art director, and designer on games such as The Realm, King's Quest VII, Quest For Glory IV, Quest For Glory III, Slater and Charlie Go Camping, EcoQuest 2, and Hoyle Vol. 3. Dorian Newcomb, a 3D modeler and animator, has worked on Orbital, Wayfarer, and Semper Fi. Kevin Margo is a recent graduate of the Maryland Institute College of Art and comes to Firaxis after completing an internship with the company working on map elements for Civilization III.
