Every Game Awards Winner: Game Of The Year Goes To God Of War-November 2024
Nov 26, 2024 7:45 AM

God of War took home the biggest prize of them all at The Game Awards in 2018, beating out Red Dead Redemption 2, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, Spider-Man, Monster Hunter World, and Celeste for the overall Game of the Year. God of War also won Best Game Direction and Best Action Adventure, so it had a pretty good night. However, plenty of other awards were handed out to celebrate the finest video games had to offer this year.

While Red Dead Redemption 2 did not win Game of the Year, it didn't go home empty-handed. It won Best Narrative, Best Music/Score, Best Audio Design, and Best Performance for Roger Clark as Arthur Morgan.
