Sony Online Entertainment has announced the release of EverQuest: Trilogy, its online role-playing game anthology that includes the original EverQuest game along with two expansion packs: EverQuest: The Ruins of Kunark and EverQuest: The Scars of Velious. The bundle includes a huge gameworld made up of five large continents, 13 playable races, and more than 400 non-playable characters and monsters. In addition, EverQuest: Trilogy will include a collectible map of Norrath, the gameworld, as well as a strategy guide for new players. A special collector's edition will also come with two EverQuest figurines.
EverQuest was first released in February 1999 and has since grown to include more than 400,000 subscribers, making it one of the most popular online role-playing games in the world.
