Eidos has unveiled its lineup for E3. The company will show a number of games, including TimeSplitters 2 (GameCube, PlayStation 2, and Xbox), Hitman 2: Silent Assassin (PlayStation 2 and Xbox), Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness (PlayStation 2), Legaia 2 (PlayStation 2), and DX2: Invisible War (Xbox).
TimeSplitters 2 is the sequel to one of the original PlayStation 2 launch titles, and it will feature significantly improved visuals and a number of modes, including a cooperative mode, a multiplayer mode, and a story-driven single-player mode. In Hitman 2, players will once again assume the role of Agent 47, who will have access to a wide array of weaponry in missions that will take him all around the world. Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness is the latest game in the Tomb Raider series, and unlike its predecessors, The Angel of Darkness takes a much more sinister approach to portraying Lara Croft's world. In addition, the graphics engine for the game has been upgraded, and Lara can now perform a number of new stealth-oriented actions. Legaia 2 is a Japanese turn-based RPG that Eidos will be localizing for the North American market.
We'll have more on these games from the show floor.
