It will be only a few more months until players can get their hands on the latest FIFA, Battlefield, and Need for Speed titles. In light of this, EA Singapore recently launched its EA Blockbusters '11 campaign on its site, where players who preorder any of the highlighted games will get exclusive bonuses to be used in-game.
Battlefield 3 fans will get a steel box to store their game in if they order early. Players who preorder the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 versions of the upcoming football title FIFA 12 will receive the FIFA 12 Ultimate Team Gold packs. The gold packs offer players in-game versions of the world's best football players and rare in-game items to customize and form. The game retails for S$56.90 for the PC version and S$76.90 for the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions. The football game will be in stores on September 27.
Players willing to get their military first-person shooter fix can preorder Battlefield 3 for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 to get the Physical Warfare pack, a Limited Edition steelbook case, an official A2-size Battlefield 3 poster, and a chance to win a Battlefield 3-skinned 750GB external hard disk signed by the game's executive producer Patrick Bach. The Physical Warfare pack contains the Type 88 LMG, the flash suppressor weapon mod, the DAO-12 shotgun, and flechette ammo. The PC version will cost S$64.90, while the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions cost $76.90. The game will be out on October 25.
Need for Speed fans will get three Challenge Series bonus packs based off NFS Underground, NFS Most Wanted, and NFS Carbon as preorder bonuses only for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360. The NFS Underground pack contains the Nissan 370Z and Nissan Skyline GT-R R34. The NFS Most Wanted pack offers the BMW M3 GTS and Razor's Mustang Boss 302, while the NFS Carbon pack has the Corvette Z06 and Darius' Audi R8. All three packs will contain three new events inspired by their franchise labels. The PC version will cost S$56.90, while the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions will cost S$76.90.
Gamers in Singapore can initiate their preorders at any Challenger, Cyberactive, and Comics Connection outlets. Other stores that offer the exclusive bonuses include Funzcentre (Ang Mo Kio Hub and Orchard Central stores), G3, Gamemartz & Scenic Multimedia, Gamescore, HMV, Mega Multimedia, SC Games, and Zepy Games. Players will also get these bonuses by preordering the games on the EA Origin online store.
