According to a Reuters report, Electronic Arts recently settled a lawsuit against 23 former employees who were accused of taking internal documents and game code when they left the company to start a new studio, Sparks Entertainment. An internal EA memo earlier this week said that the lawsuit's defendants admitted to having the materials and that the settlement included a substantial payment to cover legal fees and damages.
