Aeria Games and Tecmo Koei today announced that the online incarnation of the Dynasty Warriors series is coming to Europe and North America. The massively multiplayer online game arrived on Japanese PCs in 2007 and has been exclusive to the land of the rising sun ever since. However, the title is now scheduled to hit North America and Europe this fall. The hack-and-slash goes online in North America and Europe.
The game promises four-on-four or 12-on-12 online skirmishes, as well as a number of game modes, including player-versus-player combat and story-driven battles. Players will also be afforded character progression through leveling up and amassing new gear.
Aeria Games will distribute the title, adding it to the Web site's deep free-to-play library of titles, which includes WolfTeam, Shaiya, Ceasary, and others.
