New Dragon Ball Z Kakarot Cell Saga gameplay footage has surfaced from the game’s Gamescom 2019 demo.
Bandai Namco has showed off a new demo for its upcoming Dragon Ball Z title at this year’s Gamescom event and website Gamersyde managed to capture 12 minutes of gameplay of SSJ2 Gohan taking on Cell in Dragon Ball Z’s iconic Cell Saga. Watch the extended gameplay down below:
Initially announced as Dragon Ball Project Z back in January of this year, Bandai Namco officially announced Dragon Ball Z Kakarot during this year’s E3 event.
Developed in Japan by video game developer CyberConnect2; the game tells the legendary story of DRAGON BALL Z, taking players on an unforgettable adventure to experience over-the-top battles and challenging quests while creating life-long friendships as they crusade to protect Earth from fearsome villains. Additionally, DRAGON BALL Z: KAKAROT will also present resolutions to long unanswered questions from the DRAGON BALL Z storyline through light-hearted side quests.
Various sagas will be included in the game. So far, Bandai Namco has confirmed that the Saiyan saga, Freeza saga, and Cell saga will be part a part of the game, but we’re pretty sure that the rest of DBZ’s anime saga’s will be included as well.
Dragon Ball Z Kakarot is slated for a release on Steam, PS4 and Xbox One in 2020.
