Tournament Tiers

All of the existing league Dota TV tickets in the item schema have been updated with a new "tier" flag attached to them. Currently there are three different ticket tiers: Amateur, Professional and Premium.

　　This information is most likely going to be used for a redesign of the tournament watch tab in order to separate the smaller amateur tournaments from the larger tournaments.
