Target is offering some excellent deals as part of its Circle Week promotion, and for anyone with a Nintendo Switch console, this will be a great time to stock up on some games ahead of Prime Day Round 2. Nintendo first-party games aren't subject to as many discounts as other titles, but at Target, you can choose from a selection of games that have been substantially reduced in price.

A noteworthy example here is Kirby and the Forgotten Land, which is available for $40 during the sales event. This is the lowest price ever for the Kirby game, which is an adorable and exciting platformer that makes good use of a weird gameplay mechanic.
As a reminder, Target Circle Week runs until October 7 and you can get these big discounts by becoming a member of the retailer's free rewards program. Once you're signed up, you'll want to click "save" on these deals to score the discount.
"The culmination of 30 years of exploring the malleable mascot, Kirby and the Forgotten Land is the most inventive and best entry in franchise history," Steve Petite wrote in GameSpot's Kirby and the Forgotten Land review. "The move to 3D brings Kirby's signature mechanic to life in a way that wasn't possible before. This feels like a new beginning for Kirby, as it maintains all of the familiar series trappings while presenting them in a cohesive, well-rounded adventure that is playfully imaginative throughout."
Other Nintendo Switch games on offer include some of the recent Zelda Adventures, the charming tactical-RPG battlefields of Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope, and intense soccer competition in Mario Strikers: Battle League. We've rounded up those specials below as well in case you're looking to pump up your collection of Switch games.
