Electronic Arts announced earlier this week that come October, players will be able to sign up to be a part of beta testing phase for Star Wars Battlefront, DICE’s latest action video game title that is based on an epic space opera film franchise. Registration for the beta has not started yet, but it looks like some people are cashing in on the immense hype that surrounds the game, as Electronic Arts has just warned gamers not to be fooled by websites that are offering fake beta sign-ups for Star Wars Battlefront.
Registration has not been made available yet.
Do not be fooled by fake beta sign-up sites. Our beta registration will live on our official site here: starwars.ea.com
I will also be sure to post a link once it is available.
Star Wars Battlefront is set to launch on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on November 17. The beta, as mentioned before, will begin in “early October”. Players do not need to pre-order the much-anticipated game to enjoy the beta, but Electronic Arts has yet to explain how exactly players will be able to jump in. The beta version of the game will feature many modes and missions that players will be allowed to test for bugs. You can read more about the beta here.
