Destiny 2 Patch 1.1.1.1 ‘The One After Curse of Osiris’ Released; Patch Notes Inside-November 2024
Nov 23, 2024 10:49 PM

Bungie has released Destiny 2 patch 1.1.1.1 allows ‘vanilla’ Destiny 2 players to access some of their content once again.

As covered yesterday, Bungie promised to release a hotfix to allow players who don’t own the Curse of the Osiris expansion, to access the Prestige "Leviathan" Raid, NightFall, and Trails once again. This update would basically remove the ‘paywall’ that Bungie introduced through the game’s first DLC.

“The Prestige Raid was a novel experience that players value, even if they don’t own Curse of Osiris, and it was a mistake to move that experience out of reach”, Bungie wrote. “Throughout the lifetime of the Destiny Franchise, Trials has always required that players owned the latest Expansion. However, for Destiny 2, Trials of The Nine launched as part of the main game, so it’s not right for us to remove access to it.”

This patch, named ‘the one after Curse of Osiris’, has now been released on all platforms and we’ve included the full patch notes below.
