The world's greatest photojournalist is back for another trip to Willamette. Capcom announced the worldwide Steam release for their open-world zombie game, Dead Rising 4.
Dead Rising 4 was originally released last December exclusively on Windows 10 and Xbox One. Steam users will now be able to join in on the holiday hack 'n' slasher.
After 16 years Frank West is back to where it all started when he finds out that another potential zombie outbreak could be taking place at the Willamette Memorial Megaplex mall and the nearby neighborhood.
This time around, the trademark Dead Rising timer has been removed, allowing you to fully explore Willamette without worrying about running out the clock. Don't worry, though, the over-the-top weapon combinations are still here to inflict all sorts of gruesome violence against the undead. Most importantly, the new selfie cam lets Frank take ridiculous photos while cycling through a number of expressions.
If you're wondering whether or not your PC can handle the latest Dead Rising, Capcom released the minimum and recommended system requirements.

Dead Rising 4 ditches a lot of the series traditional trappings for a more polished and focused adventure that provides a chaotic, yet enjoyable zombie-slaying adventure. It’s a Christmas story filled with intrigue, charm and most importantly, chainsaws.
