The Entertainment Software Rating Board let the Data East Arcade Classics cat out of the bag, but Majesco's official confirmation of the game today offered a few more details for the upcoming Wii game. Set for release in early 2010, the compilation will include 15 games in all and will carry a $19.99 budget price point.
Majesco revealed eight games from the compilation's lineup today, headlined by BurgerTime and Bad Dudes vs. Dragon Ninja. Also confirmed are the BurgerTime sequel Peter Pepper's Ice Cream Factory, Heavy Barrel, Caveman Ninja (better known in the West as Joe and Mac), Burnin' Rubber, Magical Drop III, and Side Pocket.
Every one of the games will support multiplayer options, and players can choose to use the Wii Remote and Nunchuk, Classic Controller, or GameCube pads to manage the action. As for new features, players will be able to "link their high scores to their Mii," and Majesco is including 75 other goals that, when accomplished, will unlock bonus materials like music and art from the original games and their arcade cabinets.
