Rest assured, Dark Souls 3 PC will run at 60 FPS. On Twitter, publisher Bandai Namco, debunked a rumor that the PC version would be locked to 30 frames per second.

　　Yesterday, a Reddit post surfaced online, that implied that the PC version of the upcoming Dark Souls 3 might be locked to 30 FPS. Apparently, Reddit user khawaja07 contacted Bandai Namco’s online support regarding the game’s framerate, after which the Bandai Namco’s online store replied that the “plan is to keep the frame rate locked at 30 FPS”.

　　As 30 frames per second is regarded as ‘unacceptable’ in general for PC players, this ‘inferior’ framerate would have upset many gamers.

　　Luckily, Bandai Namco stepped up, and took to Twitter yesterday to debunk the rumor.
