CyberFront Conspires to bring PSP game to US-November 2024
Nov 1, 2024 4:26 AM

Conspiracy Entertainment today announced a licensing deal with Japanese game developer CyberFront to localize a PSP game in North America. CyberFront previously developed games for the PC, including Puzzle Bobble 2 and Fatal Fury 3.

While the deal doesn't name any particular game, there's a good chance American PSP owners will get a chance to play Kollon, the puzzler and only PSP game from CyberFront that's already been released in Japan.

Earlier this month, Conspiracy announced a deal with another Japanese game developer, Hyber-DevBox. That agreement gave Conspiracy the worldwide marketing and publishing rights to two unnamed games, both set for release sometime this year.

"In less than a month, we have closed two license agreements that we hope will bring high-quality games from Japan to the North American market," said Keith Tanaka, CFO of Conspiracy Entertainment. "One of our goals for 2005 is to expand our product line by introducing new and different products to North American and European gamers. [The CyberFront deal] is another step in that direction."
