  It doesn't seem long since the International 2013 happened however we are quickly catching up on the period of time where the invites and qualifiers are normally sent out for Dota 2's International event.

  In last night's Dota 2 update the content analysis post uncovered a new divisions file which made a direct reference to four different high level divisions across the world for seeding at the International.

  The file in question can be seen below.

  The server regions were also broken down into the four divisions as the following:

  

Americas

US EastUS WestBrazil

Europe

LuxembourgStockholmAustriaSouth Africa

South East Asia

AustraliaKoreaSingaporeJapan

China

Perfect World TelecomPerfect World UnicomThe change would be a move away from the previous International event which saw a total of thirteen teams directly invited to the event. Along with two teams each coming from a Western and Eastern based qualifier events with the final spot left to a wild card which saw the runner-up from the Western qualifiers pitched against the runner-up of the Eastern qualifier on the eve of the International.
