Hasbro Interactive has released Centipede, an update on the '80s Atari game.
The game's arcade mode will be the mode most familiar to fans of the Atari version, with players attempting to blast centipedes, fleas, and other insects and arachnids before they march to the bottom of the screen. This time, those marching bugs are rendered in 3D, however.
In the adventure mode, players venture through any of six 3D worlds, attempting to rescue villagers whilst exterminating bugs. In this mode, players can choose from top-down, over-the-shoulder, and first-person viewpoints.
Hasbro says that the PC version of Centipede is already available, while the PlayStation version is coming soon.
