Now Playing: Castlevania Requiem: Symphony of the Night PS4 Gameplay - First 25 Minutes
Konami called the mobile version a "direct port" of the PlayStation original, but it appears to be closer to the PSP and PS4 versions first seen in Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles. This version doesn't feature the same voice acting or dialogue as the original.
App StoreGoogle PlayThe sneaky launch of Symphony of the Night certainly makes sense, as the Castlevania Netflix animated series will have its third season released tomorrow. As with Symphony of the Night, the series features Alucard prominently, though it has focused on the events of Castlevania 3: Dracula's Curse thus far. For even more Castlevania, the most recent game Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 is available for free through Xbox Games With Gold. It takes place in a different universe than Symphony of the Night, with some of its characters being combined into single people.
