In a recent interview with Japanese gaming magazine Gamest, Noritaka Funamizu, supervisor for all of Capcom's games, announced that Power Stone will be seeing a sequel later this year. He also announced that the company is preparing Power Stone 2 for the Naomi arcade board.
Also, Mr. Funamizu hinted that Capcom will be working on a new Virtual On-style game for the Naomi hardware. He couldn't reveal any details yet because Capcom is using a copyrighted license. Current rumors in Japan are suggesting that this new game will be based on the Gundam anime.
