Call of Duty: Warzone cheaters are still running rampant throughout Verdansk. Some are even selling accounts that are already verified with phone numbers, bypassing security features that Infinity Ward has implemented.
Cheaters have been buying and selling accounts for the majority of Warzone's lifespan and it seems like none of Infinity Ward's efforts have prevented them from doing so. The Santa Monica-based studio added two-factor authentication, where players need a phone to use the free-to-play PC version of the game, back in May. Infinity Ward called it "another step to provide an additional layer of security for players."

Now Playing: Top 5 Call of Duty: Warzone Moments Of The Week
One cheater told Vice that the accounts being sold are being created through automation, meaning that some groups could be selling a high number of them.
There are countless reports of cheaters, who use aim-bots and wall hacks to detect and kill players by shooting into walls, across social media. Warzone players are always quick to point out that cheaters usually have the incredibly rare and hard-to-unlock Damascus skin on their gun. It means that the cheaters either bought an account or have been playing so much that they unlocked the skin.
The situation with Warzone cheaters is ongoing, although it is nice to see a cheater get embarrassed by a riot shield-wielding player every now and then.
