Bobby Kotic, Activison Blizzard CEO, announced a major change in the development cycle in one of the company's most popular franchises, Call of Duty. Call of Duty will move to a 3 year development cycle. Kotic also went on to say that Sledgehammer Games will produce the next Call of Duty title set to release in 2014.
In quarter 4, Call of Duty: Ghosts was the #1 best-selling title in both units and dollars and the #1 best-selling game on both next-gen platforms in both units and dollars.
Kotic also stated that Activison Blizzard is working towards bringing Call of Duty online to China.
