What a great weekend of sports we have ahead of us. Let's see, there's the final games of the Stanley Cup Finals, the continuation of the NBA Finals, the U.S.-Italy World Cup match, the now-Tiger-less U.S. Open. And that's just the stuff on TV.
In between the televised games, however, be sure and check out some of the good stuff we put up today. Check out our latest NFL Head Coach journal, for example, and read the slow descent into coaching madness for our fictional coach, Vick Dozier. Or read our review of the best version of MLB 2K6 (hint: the initials for the console are "G" and "C").
If none of this interests you, and you're still looking for something sporty to do, you can always help manage the Schaumberg Flyers, a Northern League indepndent team who have agreed to turn over team management duties to the team's fans for the second half of the season, a resounding vote of confidence for current team manager Andy McCauley. Here's hoping McCauley enjoys donning the Flyers' mascot uniform or judging the hotdog racing events during the seventh inning stretch because it looks like he won't have much to do otherwise.
As for me, I'll be tracking down a copy of MotoGP 06, and spending all Sunday taking down anyone who gets in my way on Xbox Live. Care to race? The gamertag's BBReBozo.
