UPDATE 1/14/2014: From an update on the Battlelog forums, the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 also received updates today. In addition to fixing general stability in both versions, the patches will have the following effects:

　　Battlefield 4 developer DICE today launched a new update for the PC version of the game that addresses stability and balance issues, graphical glitches, and repair speeds, the studio announced today on Battleog.

　　In addition to general stability improvements, the Battlefield 4 patch fixes a bug where players' rank icons would not be updated and increases damage by 25 percent of Stealth Jet 20mm cannons. Check out the full patch notes below.

　　Today's patch for Battlefield 4 does not mark the end of problems for the PC version of the game or other iterations. The Top Issues Tracker still shows that players continue to face a number of problems, including sudden frame rate drops and disappearing hit markers, among other issues.
