Battlefield 1 is still somewhat far from release, only launching this October in all regions on PC and console, but all those who are interested in the game will soon be able to have a taste of its World War I experience with the soon to begin open beta. EA and DICE already confirmed that the Battlefield 1 open beta will feature the Sinai Desert map, and a few hours ago more has come in on the weapons that will be available.

　　Several new images showcasing all the Battlefield 1 open beta weapons and piece of equipment have been spotted by Battlefield Bulletin. The images detail each and every piece of equipment fully, so you may want to check them out if you want to be ready for the open beta beginning in a few days.

　　As you might have noticed, most of the open beta weapons come with some variations such as Experimental, Artillery, Trench and so on. Reddit user R_MA has provided a description for some of these variations.

　　Experimental = Weapons with special, "experimental" features. For example, MP18 Experimental is burst fire instead of Automatic.

　　Artillery = Weapons that are scoped, IIRC, and have better accuracy.

　　Trench = Weapons that have better hip fire.

　　Factory = Base weapons with no modifications/atttachments.

　　Heavy = Shotguns with better accuracy, but bad hip fire, with a slight reduction in damage.

　　Sharpshooter = Weapons with better control.

　　An official end date for the Battlefield 1 open beta has yet to be confirmed, but it seems like it will end on September 8th, according to a press release EA Polska sent to select websites. The end date has yet to be confirmed officially, but we will surely learn more about it in the next few days.

　　As mentioned above, the Battlefield 1 is going to feature the Sinai Desert map, a map that will offer a diverse gameplay experience which will take advantage of some of the elements that make World War I the perfect setting for a Battlefield game.

　　You’ll ride full speed on horseback across huge desert areas and hunt for enemies in narrow streets and alleys. You’ll have shootouts from windows and rooftops in tightly contested locations where Capture points are a little too close for comfort. You’ll wrestle over the skies with fighter planes or crush through the buildings with heavy tanks. It’s the clash of eras and technologies all wrapped into one hectic conflict, mixed together with classic Battlefield gameplay.

　　Battlefield 1 launches in two months on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The open beta will begin for all in two days, on August 31st, with Battlefield Insiders getting early access.
