The Battlefield 1 open beta, now available in all regions and on all formats, has been going strong since last week, and the team has gathered some useful feedback they will be used to tweak the final release. Some of the feedback definitely proved to be quite useful, as the open beta received a new server side update earlier today, introducing some rather welcome tweaks.

　　The new Battlefield 1 open beta update tweaked Conquest mode by removing the time limit, so the first team to score 300 points will win the match from now on. Additionally, the new update also removed the time limit in Rush, so players have to reduce the attacker's ticket count. Last week, we have reported that feedback gathered during the open beta could lead to tweaks, so it's nice changes already getting implemented.

　　The Battlefield 1 open beta still lacks an end date, but it's likely that it will end on September 8th, according to a press release EA Polska sent to select Easter Europe based website. With EA servers having been under DDoS attacks last week, however, there's a good chance that the testing phase might be extended to make up for the downtime.

　　The Battlefield 1 open beta features a single map, the Sinai Desert map, a map offering a diverse gameplay experience. Unfortunately, DICE has no plans to add more maps to the open beta, so it won't be possible to play on the St. Quentin's Scar map which was featured in the closed alpha held earlier this year.

　　Battlefield 1 launches next month on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in all regions. The open beta, which is currently being afflicted by server issues, is now available on all platforms, with an end date yet to be confirmed.
