Battlefield 1 Open Beta Might End On September 8th, File Size Possibly Revealed-September 2024
Sep 21, 2024 9:29 PM

Earlier this week, we have reported that the Battlefield 1 open beta, which will begin next week on all formats, doesn't have an end date just yet. However, it seems like things have changed, as a possible end date for it has been revealed a few hours ago.

According to a press release EA Polska sent to select Eastern Europe based websites, the Battlefield 1 open beta is going to end on September 8th. Open betas often get extended, so it's likely that Battlefield 1 fans may be getting an extra day or even more. As EA and DICE have yet to make an official announcement regarding the matter, we must take this with a grain of salt for now.

Additionally, the Battlefield 1 open beta client has surfaced on the Xbox Store, revealing the size for the Xbox One version. According to reports, it will be around 6,2 GB big, so it shouldn't take too long to download with a good internet connection.

Earlier this week, new details regarding the Battlefield 1 Premium Pass have also emerged online. The pass, which will cost €49,95 in Europe, will include 4 themed expansion packs with 16 maps, new game modes, elite classes, 20 new weapons and more additional content.

Battlefield 1 launches this October in all regions on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The open beta will begin next week, featuring the Sinai Desert map details. We will keep you updated on the open beta and the game as soon as more comes in on them, so stay tuned for all the latest news.
