Bruce Wayne isn't really making any friends in Arkham Asylum. Episode 4 of Batman - The Telltale Series brings the return of an iconic Batman villain.
Things aren't looking so hot for the Caped Crusader in Episode 4: Guardian of Gotham. First off, Bruce Wayne gets thrown into Arkham Asylum and the general population doesn't seem to like him too much. This comes after the Board at Wayne Enterprises decides to fire Bruce and make Penguin CEO. Harvey Dent is establishing Marshal law in the city and losing slowly his mind to his more violent half. Oh, and let's not forget that the Children of Arkham are still terrorizing the city.
Before Batman can do his thing, you need to escape from the asylum and ally yourself with some 'colorful' patients in order to save Gotham. You may have noticed a certain green-haired grinning sociopath who's also housed in the asylum. Chances are, this episode is already laying the groundwork for some deadly Season 2 villains.
It was also noted in a press released that your game may change depending on some decisions you make.
Players will leave this episode in very different places depending on where they choose to go in the third act, and this will greatly affect their story rolling into the season finale as well.
In case you forgot, Batman – The Telltale Series has players take control billionaire playboy Bruce Wayne and his crime-fighting alter ego known as Batman against a new threat against Gotham City in a brand new origin story. We've already seen some interesting twists on classic characters like The Penguin, Two-Face and even Vicki Vale.
