Looking to continue the Batman: Arkham Knight story? You can do just that today, as Warner Bros. on Tuesday released the action game's first story-themed expansion, called A Matter of Family.
As announced previously, A Matter of Family takes place before the events of Arkham Knight, and lets you play as Batgirl. You'll fight alongside Robin in the prequel content, which takes place at an amusement park.

Here's how Warner Bros. sets up the story.
"When The Joker kidnaps Commissioner Gordon and holds him hostage at the Seagate Amusement Park, Batgirl and Robin must fight against the odds to save him and avoid falling victim to The Joker's sinister plan. Trained by Batman, Batgirl's combat combines with unparalleled hacking abilities to take down enemies, manipulate the environment and solve puzzles."
A Matter of Family is available today across Xbox One and PlayStation 4 for people who own the $40 Arkham Knight DLC pass. Everyone else can buy the content on July 21 for $7. A Matter of Family was supposed to launch today on PC, but Warner Bros. delayed it due to that version's technical woes.
The DLC was developed by Batman: Arkham Origins studio WB Games Montreal, not Rocksteady Studios, which created the main game. However, Warner Bros. notes that WB Games Montreal built the expansion using the same engine that powers Arkham Knight.
A Matter of Family will be followed by even more add-on content, including extra missions, maps, skins, and more, all of which will be developed by Rocksteady Studios. Overall, Warner Bros. plans to support Arkham Knight with more DLC through the end of the year.
