Go to the western portion of the ritual area and open the stone door. This leads you to the Druid's quarters, where you'll see the acting head, Kagha, getting ready to punish the child. These are the options:
Nature or Persuasion - Kagha will let Arabella go.Keep silent - Arabella will attempt to run away. Kagha's snake will bite and kill her instantly. If you managed to keep Arabella alive, her parents will be happy, and that's that. If she died, you'll need to inform her parents about the news, though things won't bode well for Kagha much later.
Make your choice here to determine Arabella's fate.
You'll find this container in a room to the left of where you met Kagha and Arabella. There's a tiny nook at the back that's fairly dark, and you need to use melee attacks to destroy the container. Inside, you'll find a book called Faldorn's Canticle: The Shadow Druids' Doctrine.
Destroy the container so you can read the book.
There you'll see several Wood Woads and Mud Mephits, minions of Shadow Druids. Before battling them, make sure you get rid of the Flesh Rot disease since it gives you a disadvantage against Charisma saving throws while making you more vulnerable to damage.
When you're ready, take out the creatures (fire spells work wonders against the Wood Woads). Once the hostiles have been eliminate, go near the tree trunk. You should pass a Perception check, which reveals a hidden crevice. Inside, you'll find a letter from a Shadow Druid addressed to Kagha.
Make sure you cure yourself of the Flesh Rot disease before battling the Shadow Druid minions.
When you tell Kagha that you're aware of her schemes, the rats in the chamber will shapeshift back into Shadow Druids. You can succeed in a Religion or Persuasion check, which will convince Kagha to ally with you for the upcoming fight. If not, she'll remain hostile. The Shadow Druids can shapeshift into various animals, such as bears and wolves. Thankfully, the other "good" Druids in the area will be helping you.Be ready for a confrontation in the Druid Grove.
If Arabella is alive and you've rescued Halsin in the Goblin Camp/Shattered Sanctum, he'll boot out Kagha. If Arabella died due to the snake and you've rescued Halsin in the Goblin Camp/Shattered Sanctum, he'll definitely boot out Kagha. However, Kagha will still go to your camp, and Arabella's parents will attempt to kill her there. You can convince them to back off, or let them go through with the deed.Regardless of Arabella's fate, if you sided with Minthara and the Goblins instead of saving Halsin and the Druid Grove, you'll have to kill Kagha when the camp gets raided. And that's all you need to know about the Baldur's Gate 3 Save Arabella and Investigate Kagha quests. With the full game set to release on August 3, there are bound to be more changes and additions. We'll have a massive guides hub soon, so stay tuned.
