　　You can accept the offer, in which case you'll be bound via a pact with the devil.You can reject it outright.Lastly, you can mull it over (i.e. stay undecided for now). Bear in mind that getting the Crown of Karsus is a late-game objective since you have to acquire all three Netherstones: You've already obtained the one from Ketheric Thorm.The other two are held by Orin the Red and Lord Gortash. You've got quite a few things that you need to do before you can take them out. Surprisingly enough, they're also rivals, which means they're trying to coax you into allying with them, too.Everyone wants the Crown of Karsus, including Raphael.

How to get out of your deal

　　However, there's a hint stating that your contract is kept hidden in Raphael's domain. Perhaps there's an opportunity that allows you to steal it right from under the devil's nose.

　　Accepting Raphael's offer nets you the Crown of Karsus instantly.As an aside, we went a different route: we did not accept Raphael's proposal, but we still entered his domain.
