It should come as no surprise to seasoned Aussie chart watchers to see that Nintendo's ultrapopular self-help game Wii Fit has once again topped the overall Australian game charts, according to data trackers GfK Australia. The Wii Play bundle (which comes with a Wii Remote) and Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force also held strong, maintaining their spots in second and third, respectively.

　　The PlayStation 2 version of SingStar Queen returned to the charts last week, claiming the fourth spot. Mario Kart Wii suffered a slight drop from the previous week from the fourth to fifth spot. The Dr. Kawashima duo--Dr Kawashima's Brain Training: How Old Is Your Brain and More Brain Training From Dr Kawashima: How Old Is Your Brain?--managed to stick together, taking out the sixth and seventh positions, respectively. Sony's flagship shooter Killzone 2 can be found in eighth place, just above Infinity Ward's 2007 smash hit Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare GOTY for the Xbox 360. Returning to the charts at number 10 is Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games.
