This week on Nintendo's Virtual Consoles service in Australia sees three games launch--one from the Sega Mega Drive and two from the Neo Geo era. Anyone who bought a Sega Master System in Australia would surely remember the preinstalled game called Alex Kidd in Miracle World. In this game you take on the role of Alex Kidd as he punches, swims, and flies his way through 16 stages to rescue his brother. Alex Kidd in Miracle World will set gamers back by 500 Wii points. On the Neo Geo side of the VC releases are Ninja Combat and Fatal Fury 2. Both these games cost 900 Wii points.

Xbox Live Arcade sees one new game and one classic game, in the form of Wolf of the Battlefield: Commando 3 and Frogger 2. WBC3 is a sequel to the popular franchise from the '80s and is a top-down, dual-thumb stick shooter, similar in vein to Rocketmen: Axis of Evil. It features five different levels and four weapons, ranging from a spread-gun, flamethrower, machine gun, and a rocket launcher. Frogger 2 sees you guide a frog across 15 levels of dangerous terrain such as roads and rivers. The game also supports up to four players in two multiplayer modes--race and jewel duel. Frogger 2 and Wolf of the Battlefield: Commando 3 cost 800 Microsoft points each.

Last but not least is the PlayStation Network lineup, which is in short supply this week. All that's appearing there are demos for Enemy Territory: Quake Wars and Monster Madness: Grave Danger.
