It's been a busy week on the digital delivery front, with both the Xbox Marketplace and PlayStation Network Store seeing an influx of new games.

Headlining the PSN Store releases this week is Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix, coming out almost four months after its initial release on the US PSN. Aside from upgraded graphics, the game features a new online mode, balanced out stats, and more. While fans of the series should consider checking out SFII THDR, one has to question the timing seeing as Street Fighter IV was literally just released. Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix is available on the PSN Store now for $23.95 ($15.45).

The other big release on the PSN is the slightly quirky Noby Noby Boy. Coming at you from the man behind Katamari Damacy, Noby Noby Boy is a game about a worm-like creature named Boy who slithers around the level consuming objects, which make him grow even longer. It's an interesting idea for a game and features the ability for users to upload their scores onto an online leaderboard, players can even record videos of themselves playing to put on YouTube. Noby Noby Boy came out overnight and is priced quite reasonably at A$6.45 ($6.13).

Four previously released PSP games have also found their way onto the PSN Store. The cheapest of the quartet is World of Pool at A$15.95 ($10.20), followed by both Spectral vs. Generation and Stateshift for A$19.95 ($12.76) each, and finally International Athletics which is going for A$23.95 ($15.31).

Tanks and escape artists are invading Xbox Live Arcade this week with Death Tank and Exit 2. Death Tank is a side-on shooter very similar to worms, except that it's in real-time, not turn-based, and has tanks, not worms! Exit 2 strangely enough is also a side-on platformer, which puts you in the shoes of an escape artist who has to find his way to the exit point of each level. Death Tank will set you back 1200, while Exit 2 goes for 800.

The Wings are adding even more songs to their Guitar Hero World Tour playlist this week with Jet, Juniors and Hi, Hi, Hi available for download on Activision's popular band game. Tracks go for A$3.40 ($2.17) each on PSN, or 160 Microsoft points on XBL Marketplace, or can be bundled together in The Wings Track Pack for A$9.25 ($5.91), or 440 MS points. Rock Band has a slightly less focus pack of releases this week with Turbonegro's Wasted Again, Pick Up the Pieces by Average White Band and the White Zombies Black Sunshine and More Human Than Human. If you're interested in any of those tracks, they'll set you back A$3.45 ($2.20)on the PSN or 160 MS points for Xbox 360 owners.

The final game to come out over the last seven days was Wolf of the Battlefield: Mercs, making its way onto Nintendo's Virtual Console. Originally released in '91, Mercs is a side-scrolling shooter where you are sent to various hotspots around the world to thwart insurgent threats on behalf of the US government. Standard prices apply on this one, with Wolf of the Battlefield: Mercs costing 800 Wii Points.
