Ubisoft's open-world racing game The Crew revs onto multiple platforms in Australian retailers this week. The game features a large world which players can drive through solo or with friends.
Because of the persistent nature of the game's world, multiplayer is not separate from singleplayer. Missions can be conducted alone, with friends, or via online co-operative match-making. The cmp Ubisoft Australia has confirmed that the game's servers will be up once the clocks tick over to midnight tonight.
Ubisoft has previously positioned The Crew as the "World of Warcraft of driving games." The publisher has confirmed that players can expect to receive free content updates after launch. For more about the game, check out GameSpot's preview by Kevin VanOrd.
It may have been a while since we've received an update on Kingdom Hearts III, but fans of the series can get a refresher on the story so far with Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX, which launches this week. A successor to Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD ReMIX, the game features high-definition remakes of Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix, Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix, and remastered cinematic footage from Kingdom Hearts Re:coded which can be viewed via theatre mode. Unlike the 1.5 Remix version's theatre mode, battle scenes from Re:coded are also included.
