Gaming peripheral company Astro Gaming recently announced that it had appointed Bluemouth Interactive as its distributor for gaming accessories in the Australia and New Zealand region.
Previously, Astro equipment was only available to local customers who were willing to purchase directly from the company's website. Unfortunately, in many cases, the high cost of shipping negated savings made because of the weak US dollar. Bluemouth Interactive's existing partnerships with retailers, including EB Games, Target, and JB Hi-Fi, means that local gamers will be able to buy in-store and start listening immediately without waiting for delivery. The Astro A50 wireless headset: available in July for A$349.95 RRP
The Astro A40 wired headset and A30 wired headset: September release for A$299.95 RRP and A$229.95, respectively.
The Astro A35 wireless headset: slated for release towards the end of 2012 with a A$249.95 RRP.
