Sep 19, 2024 8:49 PM

With the series having taken a well-needed hiatus, fans of Assassin's Creed are curious to see how the team spiced things up with Assassin's Creed Origins. While it's too soon to know if the game will meet fans' expactations, we do know one thing: the game is going to be massive.

A few hours ago, Ubisoft shared an image showcasing the full Assassin's Creed Origins map, with different areas and important locations clearly defined. You can check out the image right below.

Additionally, Game Director Ashraf Ismail recently confirmed that changing Bayek's armor will also change the character's appearance in the game, another feature that shows how much Assassin's Creed Origins has been influenced by modern RPGs.

Earlier this week, Ubisoft revealed new details on the game's Xbox One X enhancements.

Assassin’s Creed Origins will be visually stunning and fun on all platforms, but thanks to the power of the Scorpio engine, the Xbox One X will let our players experience the most beautiful version of our game with all the stunning details, beautiful landscapes and incredible cities of Ancient Egypt,

rendered in both 4K and 1080p.

The powerful Scorpio Engine of the Xbox One X allows our game engine to really express itself and

render the game with improved shadows quality, greater draw distances and more detailed textures to really highlight the magnificence of Ancient Egypt. And all this in HDR too!

Assassin's Creed Origins launches on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on October 27th.
