AMD has released another hotfix for their AMD Driver 16.1.1 to fix a Fallout 4 Crossfire issue following the release of Fallout 4 patch 1.3.
The AMD 16.1.1 hotfix driver was initially released a few days ago, to improve performance for Rise of the Tomb Raider, and to add a Fallout 4 AMD Crossfire profile. Since then, Bethesda released the new Fallout 4 1.3 patch, which seemed to cause flickering at various game locations with AMD Crossfire enabled.
On the Steam community forums, a user already created a batch file that will revert a Fallout 4 1.3 game, to a working 1.2 version with Crossfire enabled. While this workaround seems to fix the issue temporarily, an official solution is preffered. Luckily, AMD has now released another 16.1.1. driver hotfix that fixes the Crossfire flickering issue with in combination with Fallout 4 patch 1.3.
