All 16 teams for ESL One Cologne have been determined-November 2024
Nov 27, 2024 2:39 AM

This article was originally published on GameSpot's sister site onGamers.com, which was dedicated to esports coverage.

With the American and Oceanic qualifiers having already concluded, with iBUYPOWER and Vox Eminor respectively earning their spot in the major in Germany, a fourth qualifier was held after the dissolution of ex-LGB, one of the initially invited eight teams. In their stead, ESL decided to host an Indian qualifier, in which team Wolf were able to earn themselves the chance of a lifetime by winning a spot at ESL Cologne.

The European qualifiers, which concluded yesterday, would determine the final six teams. With a stacked field, the teams that eventually exited the qualifiers as winners weren't all too unexpected, as Na'Vi, Copenhagen Wolves, Epsilon, London Conspiracy, Titan and dAT will be at the main event. However, the qualifiers were indeed mired in controversy when news broke out that Marcus 'Delpan' Larsson, AWP'er of ESG, had reportedly been playing the tournament without activating ESL's own required anti-cheat software ESL Wire. This started a fervorous discussion about whether or not the Swede had been cheating throughout the qualifier.

With all this said, the line-up for ESL Cologne has now been determined:
