Awesome Games Done Quick--better known as AGDQ--takes place every winter and sees some of the best speedrunners in the world make history with difficult and nostalgic video games. Because of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the event is being held online instead of as an in-person celebration this year, but there are still a ton of games to watch. Here's how to watch and what to expect.
For this event, donations are going toward the Prevent Cancer Foundation. You can learn more on the official Games Done Quick website, which also shows off the prizes you'll have a chance to receive for donating. They include plenty of art projects as well as some hard-to-find merchandise. Want a Mario 35th anniversary pin set? You have a shot!
There will be a variety of games streamed during AGDQ 2021, both old and new. We've selected some of our favorites and organized them by date and time so you know when to be watching.
